#11: Speed Up! Indecisive Founders Are Bound to Lose
Most decisions should probably be made with somewhere around 70% of the information you wish you had. If you wait for 90%, you're probably being slow.
Having interacted with hundreds of founders in Asia and in the US, I haven’t met a single one who aspires to be the slowest runner in the race. In fact, most founders strive to be faster, quicker, and more nimble than their competitors. Why? Because speed wins—period.
Sadly, among all the founders who praise speed, many are merely paying lip service. Those who only talk about speed are often the ones left in the dust.
So the question is: what kind of founder are you?
The one who talks about getting ahead? Or the one courageous and confident enough to dive headfirst while others are still dipping their toes?
